Meeting Summary
Thank you to everyone who attended tonight's meeting. It was a great turnout. Our boys should feel good about the support they receive from parents. (perhaps when they grow older and we remind them)
Minutes from tonight's meeting will be forwarded later. Here is a quick rundown...
T-shirt orders will go in next Friday. Please email myself or Teri Carr with # of shirts you'd like and sizes.
Karen Charpentier is officially our Secretary.
Kim McBurnie will be texting varsity players w/info. from coach as she gets it.
Lauren Romain will be experimenting with texting and attempt to begin communicating with players as she gets news from Coach Cole.
We have a team dinner scheduled for Friday, April 24th at 6:00 p.m. at JB Audit. Waiting to hear if that time is confirmed from Coaches. (Both JV and Varsity teams invited...Becky Wetherbee is taking names for dishes, etc.)
Tom will contact NESCOM about an announcer for home games at Husson. Teri is checking on how much we paid last year.
Extra hats will go on sale for $20 when available. First come, first serve. Contact TChristie to get on list.
TChristie will check on coats.
Discussion on future uniforms to not have names. Have school keep them and reissue each year. This would cut parent costs down.
Anyone who has not yet paid for uniform or hat should do so ASAP. (Teri Carr or Mr. Sinclair)
Frank Hass is going to set up a baseball blog on his "Friends of John Bapst Football" website. Great place to discuss games (in a positive manner of course!) Coach Graham and Cole could also blog too!
Bangor Redemption Ctr. by Tri-City Pizza has an open account for BSB cans and bottles. Just drop them off and tell them who they go to.
Weenie Wagon at JB lunch is a "go." Either Fri., May 15 or Fri. May 22. Trying to hit a 2 lunch day. Sell hamb./ hotdogs, chips, and drinks. Price to be determined. Hoping to get items donated to make a bigger profit. Thank you Scott Leadbetter the "Wagonmaster" for volunteering his wagon and time.
Attached is a contact list of all players, parents, emails, cells, etc. Hope you'll all find it useful if needed.

JV game on Sat. 5:00 at Mansfield vs. Calais, followed by varsity game. Best of luck to both teams. I'll be there for both games if you want to write a check or chat.
Thanks. Tom Christie
